Caringbah Family Practice (previously at 379 Port Hacking Rd) has moved to a brand new premises:

Shop 4, 331-337 Kingsway
Caringbah NSW 2229

Main entry from Hay Ln (next to Mackay St car park).
Alternate entry via Cincotta Discount Chemist (Kingsway street level) - descend one level using the lift inside.

Measles Mumps & Rubella = (MMR) Free ages 1 - 30 years.
Meningitis = (Meningococcal C)     Free ages 1 - 21 years.
Speak to your doctor, please phone for an appointment.

If you need a doctor after surgery hours please ring our deputizing service on (02) 8724-6300.
Or in case of emergency phone 000.

Will be bulk billed.

As we are an accredited practice through GPA Accreditation plus and are committed to improving our quality of care to the patients in all aspects of General Practice.


Caringbah Family Practice was one of the first practices to become accredited in Australia.

Surgery Hours

Monday to Friday 7.30am - 6.30pm
Saturday 8.00am - 11.30am
Sundays and Public Holidays 9.00am till 12 noon

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays no appointment necessary.
